Hebei Qianxi: Wang Jinshan Conducts On-Site Work for All-Tourism Infrastructure PPP Project

On March 19th, in the morning, Vice Secretary of the County Party Committee and County Magistrate Wang Jinshan led the main leaders of the Bureau of Culture, Tourism and Sports, the Transportation Bureau, the Housing and Construction Bureau, and the Tax Collection Office to conduct on-site work for the all-tourism infrastructure PPP project construction. Vice County Magistrate Zhou Dezhi participated.

Wang Jinshan and his team first visited the Fenghuangshan Connection Line Project and the Lilang Lake Scenic Avenue Project, listened to the reports of the project construction units on the progress of the project and the next steps of implementation and resumption of production arrangements. Then, they held a concentrated meeting in the first meeting room of the county government to put forward requirements for the advancement of the all-tourism infrastructure PPP project construction. Wang Jinshan pointed out that it should be based on ‘combining practical effects, feasible and effective, enhancing function, and building a brand’ to provide space for project implementation and provide services for tourists, accelerating the progress of the all-tourism infrastructure PPP project construction. The Fenghuangshan Connection Line Project should implement a ‘blueprint’ approach, reverse the construction schedule, and supplement the planting of green seedlings to complete it before the end of April; the Lilang Lake Scenic Avenue Project should be accelerated to finalize the planning and develop a construction scheme; the Long Wall Scenic Road Project should conduct a preliminary field investigation in advance to ensure compatibility with the overall tourism function; the parking lots, scenic spots, and signage of the Chayang Valley Board Chestnut Park should be carefully designed and constructed to meet high standards; the advertising billboards along the Tang-Duan Line, the Qian-cao Line, and the West Ring Road should be further regulated, and the signage should be further discussed, and the toilet selection should be coordinated by design, and the green seedlings should be ensured to maintain a consistent overall aesthetic effect. The Transportation Bureau of the county should coordinate relevant departments to carry out road construction and greening work; the design institute should rush to conduct planning and design, and the construction schemes should be brilliant and beautiful, reflecting high standards.
