This weekend had clear weather, and the Chongqing Forest Park saw a surge in visitors after its reopening, with approximately 245,000 tourists visiting over the two days.

Before 8:00 AM, many tourists were already queuing at the entrance. Through practical drills and experience from the previous two days of reopening, the park quickly adjusted crowd control measures, allowing visitors to enter within approximately 15 minutes. On Saturday, in addition to the newly added WeChat reservation channel, the online reservation limit was increased based on the number of reservations monitored in the background, making it easier for tourists with planned visits to enter quickly. For monthly and annual card holders, as well as those who are exempt from tickets, the park implemented a system where tourists could affix their information to their ID cards or monthly/annual card backs to be registered once, allowing them to quickly re-enter the park after a single show of the 'Fast Pass Card', thereby reducing the risk of crowding at the entrance.

Despite the increase in visitors, the park maintained a balanced flow of tourists under strict control measures, with visitors wearing masks and enjoying the flowers. On the west side lawn, many families set up tents, and children played and ran on the grass; in the 'Peach Blossom Source,' photographers used long and short lenses to record the swaying 'beauty' in the spring sunshine; and many couples wearing wedding dresses left their most beautiful memories under the White Magnolia and Snow Flower Avenue. Thanks to the park's effective response measures, residents who had been stuck at home could safely and comfortably enjoy the spring scenery and flower viewing. On Saturday afternoon, the park's office also received a thank-you letter from a warm-hearted visitor, Mr. Zhang: 'War-epidemic Tree People Bring Joyful News, Vibrant Chinese Spirit.' He expressed his gratitude for the park's numerous safe and orderly control measures, allowing visitors to enjoy and appreciate the park safely, so he spontaneously composed a poem to express his comfort and gratitude.

Receiving this heartwarming visitor's letter encouraged the Chongqing Forest Park staff. It is expected that in late March, the park's many 'lead actresses,' such as camellias, peach blossoms, and cherry blossoms, will reach their peak bloom, and the Chongqing Forest Park will continue to diligently carry out reopening prevention and crowd control measures, providing safe, comfortable, and orderly touring environments for citizens and visitors.
