Instructions for Making Fried Potato Slices
- 1. Two ordinary potatoes.
- 2. Peel and wash, cut into thick slices.
- 3. Blanch in boiling water first. (Boiling for too long will make them loose and mushy.)
- 4. Take them out and drain the water.
- 5. After the potato slices are completely dry, put them into a hot oil pan, medium heat.
- 6. Fry until golden brown on the surface (about 8 minutes).

Tips & Tricks
If you fry the potatoes for a longer time, they will naturally turn golden brown. If you fry them for a shorter time, the potatoes will be pale yellow.
