Light Stove Recipe Series: Oil-Free KFC Crispy Fried Chicken - Only 4 Ingredients
Convenient and healthy KFC no-oil fried chicken with a similarity of approximately 90%
Today I used an old-fashioned ray gun, and this method is so simple! No oil needed, but you can still enjoy the taste of fried chicken
1. Wash the chicken legs and pat dry with towel (used about 700g chicken thigh meat)
2. Cut into the thick parts of the chicken legs to make it easier for the flavor to penetrate
3. Add chicken thigh with salt and mix well, marinate for 2 hours
4. Place the rack in the ray gun, adjust to 250 degrees and preheat for 5 minutes
5. Dip the chicken thigh in fried chicken powder and place it in the ray gun, bake at 250 degrees for 10 minutes. Turn it over and bake for another 5 minutes, until the skin becomes crispy
Small tips:
1. You can replace the chicken legs with chicken wings
2. Make sure the chicken legs are thoroughly dried, otherwise they won't be as crispy
3. You can add cheese powder after baking, which will create a cheesy flavor of fried chicken
