Lunchtime is coming soon, let's see what's left in the fridge? I remembered having some oysters, half a piece of lettuce, a bunch of chrysanthemum leaves, some garlic sprouts and the pork belly I cooked yesterday. Let's make something delicious with care.
Fish-flavored Pork Slices: Slice the lettuce, slice the red radish, slice the wood ear mushrooms, slice the meat, and marinate the meat slices in advance. Heat oil in a pan three times to make the oil hot. Quickly stir-fry the meat slices, spread them out and stir-fry evenly, then pour them out. Add a little oil in the pan, sauté with fermented broad bean paste and garlic slices, then add the lettuce, red radish and wood ear mushroom slices, add the meat slices, wood ear mushroom slices, and pour in the sauce. Thicken with cornstarch slurry before serving.

Garlic Sprouts Stir-fried Pork Belly: Slice the pork belly. Heat oil in a pan and pour in the pork belly slices, stir-fry to release the oil. Add fermented broad bean paste and yellow bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant. Add garlic sprouts and stir-fry evenly, then pour in a thin cornstarch slurry for thickening.
Garlic Chrysanthemum Leaves: Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic sprouts and chili flakes. Add chrysanthemum leaves and stir-fry over high heat. Add a little salt and a little oyster sauce. Pour in a thin cornstarch slurry for thickening.

Grilled Oysters: Crack open the oysters, wash them clean, and place them on a baking rack. Bake in a high-temperature oven for 3-5 minutes. Add soaked vermicelli, minced garlic, and pour in the prepared sauce. Bake for another 2-3 minutes.
