Instructions

① Making the yeast starter

Place 20g medium-strength flour in a pot, add 100g water, and stir until smooth, then heat over low heat,while stirring, until it becomes viscous and appears with streaks,turn off the heat and pour it into a small bowl, cover with plastic film and keep at room temperature, I usually make it at night and take it out of the refrigerator early the next morning to use,This refrigerated dough is the yeast starter.

② Kneading the dough

Add water to the steamer, place the steamed buns on the steamer, and cover the steamer with a damp cloth or parchment paper,
