Peel and wash clean the potatoes, then cut them into potato slices;

Boil water in a pot, put the cut potato slices in, cook until the water boils again, and cook for 1 minute;
Take out the boiled potato slices and put them in cold water;


Heat oil in a pot, heat the oil to 50% hot, put the boiled and drained potato slices in, fry until both sides are golden brown, and take them out for use;
