Steps:

1Cut green onions into segments, ginger and garlic into minced pieces, Sichuan peppercorns into circles, cilantro into small segments.


2Place green onions, ginger, white sesame seeds, chili powder, chili flakes in a deep bowl, pour in 2 large tablespoons of hot oil.
