Secret Chili Oil
Ingredients: Green onion, ginger, garlic, cilantro, sesame seeds, chili powder, chili flakes, Sichuan peppercorns. 2 large tablespoons of cooking oil, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, Sichuan peppercorns, chili rings.
Steps:
1Cut green onions into segments, ginger and garlic into minced pieces, Sichuan peppercorns into circles, cilantro into small segments.

2Place green onions, ginger, white sesame seeds, chili powder, chili flakes in a deep bowl, pour in 2 large tablespoons of hot oil. Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, Sichuan peppercorns, chili rings, and mix well – and you've got a super delicious chili oil!
