Don't Just Boil Noodles – Here's How to Make Them Tastier and Better Than Boiling, Everyone in the Family Loves to Eat

Noodles are a staple food loved by Chinese people, especially northerners, who almost eat them every day. As a southerner, I used to not like noodles much, but with age, I've come to love them more. As a (office worker), I often go to street stalls for a bowl of noodles when the canteen food isn't good. And because overtime is common, I come home late and just make something simple at home; when it comes to the easiest and most convenient, noodles are definitely the best, taking only ten minutes to make.
There are many ways to make noodles, such as soup noodles, tossed noodles, and stir-fried noodles. When making noodles, adding meat slices, eggs, shrimp, and vegetables like white cabbage, mushrooms, and chives, a combination of meat and vegetables, without even needing to cook, main course and side dish one-pot out, simple and efficient. Among these noodle recipes, my favorite is stir-fried noodles, which are oily, fragrant and delicious. Don't just boil noodles, here's how to make them tastier and better than boiling, everyone in the family loves to eat it.
Stir-fried noodles are a very versatile type of dish. Homemade stir-fried noodles can be matched with ingredients according to your own taste, both meat and vegetables can be used, and you can adjust them accordingly. Anything you have on hand can be used, which is convenient and fast and fills your stomach. Today I'd like to share a recipe for 'Chives and Pork Belly Stir-Fried Noodles' with you. Please note that when stir-frying noodles, you must not add them directly to the pan, and this one step will make a big difference. First, let the noodles be cooked to 7 or 8 mature, then take them out, immediately mix them with a suitable amount of oil, so that the cooked noodles are not sticky and will not stick to the pan when added back to the pan. Here's how to make this stir-fried noodle,
Ingredients: 1 box Hot dry noodles, 1 small piece of pork belly, 1 bunch Chives, 2 spoons of soy sauce, 1 spoon of (Shaoliu - Shaoliu), 1 small spoon of starch, Pepper and Salt to taste
Instructions: 1. Prepare all the ingredients; 2. Boil a pot of water, put the noodles into the pot to cook until 7 or 8 mature; 3. After the noodles are cooked, take them out and mix them with a suitable amount of oil; 4. In a hot pan, add pork belly and stir-fry until it changes color; 5. After the pork belly changes color, add the noodles and stir-fry; 6. Add a little soy sauce when stir-frying for color; 7. Add the chives segments and stir-fry; 8. Stir-fry the chives until they are slightly colored, then add a little salt and pepper to taste; 9. Stir-fry evenly and serve in a bowl.
Tips: 1. I chose hot dry noodles, which are already partially cooked; if you use regular noodles, you need to cook them until 7 or 8 mature and then add a little oil and mix them; 2. The pork belly should be marinated with salt and other seasonings in advance to make it more tender; 3. Add chives after stir-frying quickly and only when they are slightly colored, add salt to season.
