Ingredients:
300g Beef Slices, 100g Golden Needle Mushrooms, 40g Lantern Chili Sauce, 2 Habanero Peppers, 2 Garlic Cloves, 5g Green Onion, 8g Ginger, 8g Garlic, Salt to taste, 8g Chicken Flavor Essence, 5g Rice Vinegar, 6g Pickled Peppers, 8g Sugar, Appropriate Amount of Cooking Oil.
Specific steps are as follows:
1Ingredient Preparation: Blanch the golden needle mushrooms until cooked and drain the water. Blanch the beef slices and drain them. Chop green onion, ginger, and garlic into minced pieces.
2In a new pot, heat the oil and sauté the minced ginger, garlic, and green onion until fragrant. Then add the lantern chili sauce and pickled peppers and sauté to release their aroma. Add an appropriate amount of Cooking Oil, and bring to a boil. Add salt, chicken flavor essence, sugar, and rice vinegar to adjust the seasoning.
3Place the golden needle mushrooms in a bowl. Then place the blanched beef slices on top of the golden needle mushrooms. Pour the cooked sour and spicy soup into the bowl.
4Finally, cut the habanero peppers and chili peppers into small pieces and place them on the beef slices. When the oil is 70% hot, pour it over the bowl, and this delicious sour and spicy beef dish is ready!
Notes: Do not blanch the beef slices for too long. If you want the soup to be more flavorful, you can replace Cooking Oil with high-quality broth.
