3Preheat the oven to 200 degrees for 30 minutes. Then open the temperature to 180 degrees and bake for 20-30 minutes.

4Midway through, take it out and brush the marinade 3 times, and turn it over to bake (this makes the color more tempting and evenly colored).

Savory Ribs

Ingredients: Filling: Homemade lard 30g, Meat filling 220g, Cabbage 3 spoonfuls, Soy sauce, Pepper, Sugar, Chicken broth

Instructions: 1Use a meat grinder to make the filling, then chill it in the refrigerator for a while.

2Mix the oil dough into smooth dough, let it rest and hydrate for 30 minutes, then divide it into 18 pieces.

3Press the oil dough, add the oil dough, roll it into a tongue shape, roll it into a tube, let it rest for 15 minutes, then repeat the process, finally let it rest for 20 minutes.

4Take a rested oil dough, seal it and press it from the middle, then pull the corners to the middle, and roll it into a mold, and sprinkle black sesame on the surface.
