Delicate, Crumbly Small Pastries, Melt in Your Mouth, Easy to Make with Mixed Dough, No Need to Buy Afterwards

Ingredients: flour, cornstarch, sugar, roasted peanuts, peanut oil, baking soda, eggs, black sesame

1Mix one egg with peanut oil and stir until well combined.

2Put the sugar into a bowl and stir until melted.

3Sift flour, cornstarch, and baking soda into the bowl and then stir evenly.
4Pour the roasted peanuts into the bowl and stir evenly.

5Knead into a smooth dough, as shown in the picture.

6Take a portion of the dough in your hand and then roll it into a ball, as shown in the picture.

7Flatten it and place it on a baking paper-lined baking sheet, as shown in the picture.

8Brush the surface of the pancake with a whole egg liquid, brush lightly in the center. Next, sprinkle some black sesame on the egg liquid, as shown in the picture. The pancake embryo is done at this step.

9Place the entire baking sheet in a preheated oven, top and bottom heat 170 degrees, bake for 15 minutes or so.
10Take out and cool after baking, and enjoy immediately.

Tips:
1The absorption of different flours is different. If the powdery mixture feels too dry after all the powders are put into the bowl and stirred, add a little more oil appropriately.
2A little baking soda can make the baked pancake more fragrant.
