Instructions:

Ingredients: 350g fresh shrimp, 300g tofu, 1 small bunch of vermicelli noodles, 1 scallion, 4 slices of ginger, 1 star anise, 1 large can of beer, 1 small spoon of salt, 2 spoons of wine liquor, 4 spoons of soy sauce, 2 spoons of aged vinegar, 4 spoons of old vinegar.

Instructions: 1. Trim the shrimp whiskers, use a toothpick to remove the shrimp line, then wash and set aside; soak the vermicelli noodles in warm water for half an hour.
