Today I'm recommending a very delicious green pepper and shrimp stir-fry. Shrimp is a very good ingredient – not only is the meat tender and easy to digest, but it's also suitable for most people, especially children. Shrimp is rich in protein and amino acids, and the content of vitamins is higher than that of general meat. Eating shrimp can help us supplement the necessary nutrients for the body, and can also improve our resistance to bacteria. With the spring returning and the temperature rising, various bacteria are also becoming active. If you're not careful, you might get sick. Therefore, eating shrimp in moderation can effectively boost our immune system and is beneficial for our bodies.
The best time to eat shrimp is in two seasons – spring and autumn. Especially during the Qingming Festival, shrimp have the most tender and crispy meat. However, the price at this time is generally normal but slightly high, so most people don't want to buy it. So people usually choose to buy a large number of live shrimp in the autumn and quickly freeze them. This way, they can eat shrimp all year round. When they want to eat it, they can just take it out of the refrigerator to thaw. Whether it's steamed, stir-fried, or used as a filling, it's all very good. Today I'm sharing the most common home-style recipe – stir-frying shrimp with green peppers that aren't too spicy. The shrimp will have a sweet and slightly spicy flavor, which even children can accept easily. Let's follow me to make it!
Green Pepper and Shrimp
Required Materials: 1 pound of shrimp, 2 green peppers, 1 segment of green onion, 5 slices of ginger, 4 cloves of garlic, 6 dried chilies, 1 small handful of peppercorns, a little cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, and chicken broth to taste.
Production Method:
1. First, take the shrimp out of the refrigerator to thaw.
2. Cut off the shrimp heads, shrimp whiskers, and shrimp tails with scissors. Also prepare 2 green peppers.
3. Cut the green peppers, remove the seeds, wash them clean, and cut them into small pieces. Then chop the green onion, ginger, garlic, dried chilies, and 1 small handful of peppercorns.
4. Heat the pot, then pour in a suitable amount of cooking oil. When the oil temperature reaches 50% hot, add the seasonings to sauté the fragrance.
5. Add the processed shrimp and cook a little cooking wine to remove the shrimp's fishy smell.
6. Stir-fry the shrimp until the shrimp skin turns orange-red, then add the chopped green peppers.
7. Stir-fry the green peppers until they are slightly crisp, then add a little soy sauce and adjust the taste with salt and chicken broth.
8. Finally, serve the shrimp and enjoy!
This is a very delicious green pepper and shrimp stir-fry! When the shrimp just enters the mouth, it has a slight spiciness, and then you can taste the sweetness of the shrimp meat. It's first spicy and then sweet – it's really delicious! Hurry up and try it!
