3After the chicken slices have absorbed the(sauce), add 1 large spoon of oyster sauce, 1 small spoon of pepper, and 1 spoon of cornstarch.



4Stir evenly, then cover with plastic wrap and marinate for 20 minutes.


5During the marination of the chicken slices, prepare some chopped scallions and minced garlic.


6Heat a wok, add appropriate amount of edible oil, when the oil is hot, put the marinated chicken slices into the pot, stir-fry for two times, use a small fire, when the chicken slices are slightly white, add 1 spoon of salt to adjust the flavor.
