Delicious Cat Ear Sweet Treats (and Savory Ones are Also Great!), I Made Salted Crispy Cat Ears

Home netizens are recently showcasing their culinary skills, it's shocking to see one after another, but impressive when you look at it. The food they make is comparable to that of hotel chefs. It makes you really want to eat! This has also inspired many busy families to show their culinary skills. It's truly admirable to see.

I'm also going to make the popular 'cat ears' dish that everyone is making. Haha!

Ingredients: Flour, black rice flour, salt, oil.

Instructions: 1Mix black rice flour with white flour and make a dough; add salt to the white flour and mix with flower buds to make a dough. Let it rest for half an hour.

2After resting, roll out both doughs into thin slices of the same size.

Then stack the two slices of dough on top of each other.

3Roll it up from one end, tighten and shape into long strips of consistent thickness. Put it in the refrigerator for an hour, and flip it over once from top to bottom. This ensures even cooling, making it easier to cut when ready.

4Check the freezing time yourself, don't move it until it's hard enough to cut; take it out and cut it into slices. I think my slices are a bit thick and I brushed them with some oil.

5Heat oil in a pan until it's about 60% hot, then add the dough slices, stir quickly to color, and remove when done.

6My home-made 'cat ears' are darker in color. Maybe the type of oil used is different; I used rapeseed oil at home, and other oils used when buying outside may not make much difference, just different colors!

I made the salty ones, as I mostly make sweet desserts, so I changed it to salty ones, which are quite fragrant to eat.

Summary: 1I didn't add oil or eggs to the dough, and the result is a bit dry. It's suitable for young people to eat. 2If you're feeding seniors or children, I suggest adding oil or eggs when making the dough to increase the crispness, and it will taste even more fragrant and crispy when you eat it!

Thank you!
