Shrimp Omelet Rice
Ingredients: 50g shrimp, 1 egg, 4 leafy greens (water spinach), 200g fragrant rice, 5g ginger rice, 5g chopped green onions.
Instructions:
1Wash and devein the shrimp, marinate with ginger rice and seasonings; beat the egg into a bowl; fragrant rice is washed and soaked for 30-45 minutes.
2Place the rice pot, using a rice scoop add fragrant rice, add a spoonful of hot water (or cold water) to the rice pot, add a little peanut oil. Press the run switch (red light on).
