Potatoes 2, Carrots 1/2 a Carrot, Green Peppers 1, Garlic 5-6 cloves, Dried Chilies 3-4, Star Anise 7-8, Flavor Extreme (Soy Sauce) 1 spoon, Fragrant Vinegar 1.5-2 spoons, Salt according to taste, amount of Chicken Essence, a small half spoon of White Sugar 1 spoon

Step 1


Cut potatoes into strands (grate), soak in water, rinse several times until the water turns clear, the potato strands will be crisp and refreshing

Cut carrots into strands (grate)

Boil water in a pot, after boiling, pour in potato strands and carrot strands, 90 seconds to retrieve, this is the crispiest, no longer than two minutes. If you like to eat raw carrots, just blanch the potato strands

Rinse three times with cold water until completely cooled

Cut green peppers into strands, mix them together and put them in a large bowl ~ If the bowl is not big enough, just put them in the pot hh

One spoon of Flavor Extreme (Soy Sauce), two spoons of Fragrant Vinegar, if you use aged vinegar, use one spoon or one and a half spoons, amount of Salt, add salt first, taste the flavor and then add, don't add too much, one spoon of White Sugar to enhance the flavor, a small half spoon of Chicken Essence, 6 cloves of Garlic mashed into paste, mix well

Heat oil in a pot, small fire, pour in cold oil with dried chilies and star anise seeds, if you like spicy food, you can add more dried chilies, cut dried chilies into segments and add them for more flavor ~ Throughout the entire process, small fire, after the aroma comes out, use a dry spoon to flip it once and then leave it for fifteen seconds before pouring it over the potato strings

Finally add a little Fragrant Oil, mix well, super delicious! I think you can add some cilantro but I don't have it at home so I didn't add it ~
