How to Make Fragrant Scallion Oil Noodles at Home – A Recipe That Will Make You Say ‘Wow’!

The weather is getting warmer, and the craving for cold noodles is getting stronger. There are many flavors of cold noodles, and if there are too many flavors, it's even more nostalgic for the traditional taste, such as '' (Plain and Ordinary), '' (Simple and Humble) cold noodles. A bunch of green onions, a bottle of all-purpose sauce (without water), a handful of fresh alkaline noodles (Suxi noodles – thin), a small piece of onion, a suitable amount of cooking oil, and spices. The all-purpose sauce: one spoonful of oyster sauce, two spoonfuls of light soy sauce, two spoonfuls of dark soy sauce, a small amount of white sugar, and an appropriate amount of salt. The addition of spices will not overshadow the fragrance of the green onions, but rather help to enhance the aroma. The fried green onion oil is simply fragrant, and the smell alone makes your mouth water haha~

Steps as follows,

1.

Pour in an appropriate amount of cooking oil (I use corn oil), onion and spices into it, medium heat, stir-fry until golden brown; 2.

Scoop out and discard the residue, leave the oil behind, you can choose red onions, any variety is fine; 3.

After washing clean, turn to low heat, first put the green onion white to stir-fry;

4.

When the green onion white turns yellow, add the green onions, because their volumes are different, the frying time cannot be the same, you must not over-fry the green onions, otherwise they will become bitter; 5.

Low heat and slow stir-fry, it will only take a few minutes, while stirring, until it turns a light golden color, and the entire segment of green onion makes a crisp, cracking sound; 6.

Take it out and drain it, oil is oil, green onion is green onion, you can store the green onion oil to mix with noodles or other dishes, it's super fragrant; 7.

Boil a large pot of water, put the noodles in, quickly stir to disperse; . When the water boils, pour in a bowl of water, 'shock' the noodles, then stir and boil again.

5. 7.

Pour on the all-purpose sauce, scoop up 2 spoons of green onion oil, and mix evenly. A plate of '' (Plain and Ordinary), '' (Simple and Humble) green onion noodles is ready!

It's super fragrant, with a crispy, sweet fragrance of green onions, and the noodles have a chewy texture… the temptation of traditional cuisine is irresistible~ '' (Plain and Ordinary) stir-fried shrimp, '' (Simple and Humble) dried sliced beef, a simple and tempting lunch is ready, can't wait to dig in!
