Ingredients:
High gluten flour 185g, Low gluten flour 15g, Coconut cream 37g, Water 58g, Egg liquid 35g, White sugar 32g, Salt 2g, Yeast 2g, Butter 18g

3. Roll into a ball and put it in a container, and conduct the basic fermentation in a 26℃ environment.

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
8. Send it into the preheated oven middle layer, upper and lower fire 180 degrees bake for 15 minutes.

Midway observation of browning, cover with tin foil if necessary.

9. After baking, immediately move it to a cooling rack to cool.

10. When there is residual heat, put it in a bag and seal for storage.
