Cooking tips:
Selection tips 1. Look at the color: Broccoli is best when it has a bright, dark green color. If it has a yellowing or yellow flower, it means it's overripe or stored for too long. But if the top is slightly purple, it's normal and won't affect the taste. 2. Weigh the weight: Broccoli with a heavy feel is a good product, but be careful to avoid choosing broccoli with hard flower balls and particularly thick flower stalks. 3. Look at the flower balls and flower buds: Broccoli with smooth, rounded flower balls and tight flower buds is of good quality. 4. Look at the leaves: If broccoli has leaves, the leaves should be green and moist. 5. Observe the cut of the flower stem: Observe the cut of the broccoli stem to see if it is moist. If it is too dry, it means it has been harvested for too long and is not fresh.
