Method and Formula for Spice Powder Production

How to make spice powder: Put star anise 50g, fennel 30g, Sichuan peppercorns 50g, cinnamon 30g, cloves 8g, cardamom 15g, nutmeg 20g, ajmaline 10g, vanilla 10g and licorice 8g into a pot and stir-fry until fragrant, then use a machine to grind into powder, which becomes spice powder.
Salt fire slurry preparation: Heat fine salt in a clean pot, remove from heat, add appropriate amount of Sichuan peppercorn powder, chili powder, MSG, thirteen spices, five-spice powder and roasted sesame seeds, and mix well. Cooling before use.
