Ingredients: 500g pork knuckles; 1 block of red yeast; 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper; 1 teaspoon of five-spice powder; 2 spoons of; 1 spoon of soy sauce; 2 teaspoons of white sugar; 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder; 1 teaspoon of baking soda; 2 spoons of cornstarch; 2 spoons of flour; 300g peanut oil (for deep-frying).
