Delicious Sesame Buns
Hancheng Flavor Sesame Buns, Delicious and Tasty, Famous in Gansu. The buns are circular, with main ingredients of white flour, vegetable oil, sesame, and seasonings. The production process is meticulous: first, the dough is pulled into flat, elongated strips, then coated with vegetable oil and seasonings, and finally rolled up and pressed into a circle. Sesame is then pressed into the center of the circle. After shaping, the buns are placed on a specially oiled iron pan and baked in the heat of charcoal placed beneath the pan, resulting in the finished product.
