Scallion Oil Noodles
❤ Ingredients: 1 serving of noodles, scallion segments, garlic slices
❤ Instructions:
1. Heat oil, add scallions and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, season with a sauce: 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of dark soy sauce, ½ teaspoon of white sugar, mix well
2. Add scallion leaves and stir-fry until golden yellow, pour in the prepared sauce and cover with a lid (to prevent splattering) bring to a boil, turn off the heat
3. Cook noodles until done, drain and rinse with cold water, add 2 tablespoons of scallion oil and the sauce, mix well, sprinkle with sesame seeds and enjoy!
