Simple and Easy Cheese Pull Cake, Ordinary Appearance with Superb Taste, Eat with Confidence

Before the holidays, I bought two bags of mozzarella cheese, but didn't get pizza dough, so I haven't used it yet. I've started experimenting with cheese recipes lately. Baking with it is quite good.

Ingredients

Flour (medium strength) 300g

Milk 140g

Sugar 40g

Egg 1

Butter 25g

Yeast 5g

Salt 3g

Filling ingredients:

Sugar 20g

Mozzarella cheese 230g

Start making

1This is simple, just put all the dipping ingredients into the bowl.

2Add milk and mix into a doughy consistency

3Knead the dough with your hands

4Place the dough in a pot, proof with warm water

5Prepare the dipping ingredients, try to crumble the cheese as much as possible, I can just use scissors

6The dough has doubled in size

7Stretch it out into a honeycomb shape

8Divide the dough into two portions, one portion is rolled into a dough sheet

9Place the filling in the middle

10Seal the edges in the dumpling-making style

11Roll it out to a 1.5cm thickness

12Poke small holes with a toothpick to prevent bursting in the oven

13180 degrees small fire, bake for 15 minutes
