Ingredients:

Fresh shrimp 250g Garlic 1 head Green onion 1 piece Asparagus 3 pieces Soy sauce 1 spoon Oyster sauce 1/2 spoon. If you like a heavier flavor, you can add another spoon of soy sauce.


Instructions:

1. Wash and peel the shrimp, remove the head, and put the shrimp shell and head into a bowl for later use. Beat the shrimp meat with 1 spoon of soy sauce.
