Spicy Stir-fried Bean Sprouts

Ingredients: Bean Sprouts 210g, Minced Pork 100g, Bell Pepper 1, Green Onion, Ginger, Garlic minced to taste, Sichuan Doubanjiang 1 spoon, Flavorful Soy Sauce 1 spoon, Salt to taste, Vegetable Oil to taste.
Instructions: 1Soak and rinse the bean sprouts, remove floating skin, and drain thoroughly. Wash and slice the bell pepper. 2Slice the bell pepper, chop the Sichuan Doubanjiang. 3Heat vegetable oil in a wok until 40% hot, add minced pork and stir-fry until water vapor is released, then add chopped Sichuan Doubanjiang and stir-fry until it turns red. 4Add minced green onion, ginger, and garlic to stir-fry until fragrant. 5Add the bean sprouts and stir-fry. Pour in an appropriate amount of water, add flavorful soy sauce. 6Steam the moisture, add sliced bell pepper, add salt to taste, and stir-fry evenly. Turn off the heat and serve.
