Hello everyone, I am Da Wan Food Chronicles, making the most delicious dishes with the simplest ingredients!
There is a vegetable that will never be missing in life throughout the four seasons, that is lotus root, also known as Chinese cabbage. I think stir-frying it or making sweet and sour sauce is delicious.
Ingredients
Chinese cabbage half, garlic 4 cloves, peppercorns a little, dried chili peppers a few, chicken broth one spoon, salt a small spoon.
Instructions
First step Prepare half a Chinese cabbage, cut it in half, then cut it into strips, the thickness is up to you.
Second step Prepare dried chili peppers and peppercorns, garlic slices.
Third step Add oil, add seasonings and stir-fry until fragrant.
Fourth step Add Chinese cabbage strips.
Fifth step Stir-fry until changed color, if you like it crispy, you can take it off the heat, if you like it a little softer, stir-fry for two more minutes.
Sixth step You can take it off the heat now, I love this dish too.
Seventh step I’ll take a few thick ones first, the simplest and most homely way, simple and delicious.
