Stir-fried rice noodles are one of the most popular late-night snacks, especially at evening stalls. Plus, it's easy to make and the texture is soft and chewy, without feeling greasy. Making stir-fried rice noodles is simple; you can finish a bowl in just two minutes.

Ingredients needed for stir-fried rice noodles: 1Rice noodles, a few green onions, a piece of pork, and three cloves of garlic.
Step 1: First, slice the pork into thin slices or strips, trying to cut them as thin as possible.

Then, chop the green onions into small segments and the white part and green part separately, and mince the garlic for use.
Step 2: This is the key step in making stir-fried rice noodles; you need to be quick and control the heat well.Heat oil in a pan, add the pork slices and stir-fry over high heat until fragrant, and season with a little salt while stir-frying. After the pork is fragrant, add the minced garlic and white part of green onion to continue to sauté, then add the rice noodles and stir-fry evenly.Don't stir-fry for too long at this time; stir-fry evenly for about 30 seconds. Over-stirring will make the noodles become mushy.

Step 3: After the noodles are cooked, season with oyster sauce, soy sauce for coloring, and a little salt and pepper. Add the remaining green parts and stir-fry for about 10 seconds before plating and serving.

Step 4: After cooking, plate and serve. This stir-fried rice noodle dish is shiny, with a tender and chewy texture. If you like spice, add a little chili sauce when eating for a better flavor.
