Eighth, prepare a water starch in advance, the ratio of water to starch is 1:1. Then add a little oil to the pan, pour in tomato paste, a little vinegar, a spoonful of sugar, a little salt and an appropriate amount of water. Finally, add water starch and cook until it thickens.

Ninth, after cooking until it thickens, pour in the fried meat and stir well (this seasoning is very important, everyone can add seasonings according to their favorite taste. If you like a sour taste, you can add a little rice vinegar).
