Zixing Mifen Goose Recipe
Main ingredients:
800g Ma Zi Goose, 150g Home-style Rice Noodles, 25g Small Green and Red Bell Pepper Rings, 50g Ginger Slices, 50g Garlic.
Seasoning:
10ml Old Soy Sauce, 8g Oyster Sauce, 5g Salt, 2g MSG, 2g White Pepper, 50g Black Tea Oil.
Instructions:
1. Pat dry the goose meat and remove excess moisture to eliminate fishy smell.
2. Heat oil in a pan, sauté ginger, garlic until fragrant, then add the goose meat and stir-fry over low heat until it releases oil, add basic salt flavor, dried green and red pepper rings, 1 star anise, continue to stir-fry to make fragrant, then add broth for simmering to absorb flavor.
3. Remove ginger, garlic etc. from the pot, add oyster sauce, old soy sauce, MSG, white pepper to adjust the flavor, add dry rice noodles and stir evenly until cooked and served.
4. Drizzle a little black tea oil, steam for 15 minutes before serving, sprinkle with stir-fried green and red bell pepper rings.
