3 Steps to Make Mashed Potatoes
This potato mash is very simple, takes only 15 minutes to complete, using a steamer, simple, light, and doesn't generate heat.
Ingredients: potatoes, vegetable granules, sesame oil, chicken broth, salt
Steps:
1. Slice the potatoes thinly and arrange them in a dish. Add a little chicken broth and salt to dissolve and pour it over the potatoes and steam for 10 minutes;
2. Thaw the ready-made vegetable granules, rinse with water, and set aside;
3. After 10 minutes, turn off the heat, remove the potatoes, mash them with a spoon, sprinkle in the vegetable granules, and steam for another 5 minutes. Serve with a drizzle of sesame oil and stir to eat.
