Surprise, North Lake, Visitors Have Arrived

On February 17th, a flock of 'white beauties' swans arrived at the surface of North Lake in Shixian, where they foraged in the center of the lake, rested, and occasionally soared and glided, light on the water; at times, they stretched their necks and sang, gathering companions. Beside this flock of 'white beauties', flocks of ducks were scattered across the clear lake, contrasting with the quiet lake surface under the blue sky and white clouds, creating a very lively scene.

Shixian, also known as Zhongyuan Water City, is located next to Shixian County, with a clear lake connecting east to west, which is Shixian's gem – North Lake. North Lake covers an area of 5000 mu with straight right-angled shorelines. In recent years, Shixian has always adhered to the ecological development concept of 'green mountains and green waters are gold and silver mountains', and the ecological environment has been continuously optimized. A large number of migratory birds are attracted to stay and settle every year during the Spring Festival.
