Qingdao: Spring Light and Flying Birds

On February 19, 2020, the tidal flats of the Qingdao Municipal Coastal National Marine Park in Shandong Province revived in the warm spring light, with hundreds of little egrets and black-billed gulls practicing flying preparations for the long-distance migration. In recent years, local authorities have increased their efforts to protect wild plants and animals, designating wild bird protection areas, and the number and species of migratory birds overwintering along the coast have increased year by year. On February 19, 2020, black-billed gulls and little egrets danced and practiced flying in the Qingdao Municipal Coastal National Marine Park tidal flats.
