Built during the Ming Dynasty, this ancient city is located by the sea and built against the mountains, with relatively good preservation. Due to the estimated recent development as a tourist attraction and the resulting lack of visitors, it is not very popular. What's most appealing is the absence of strong commercial activity within the city, and the locals live leisurely there. It's definitely worth visiting, far better than those artificially constructed film cities.
