When it comes to Xiamen, it’s about two words: comfortable
When it comes to Xiamen, it's about two words: comfortable, because you want to relax and go to Xiamen to unwind. With a four-day holiday, it felt like enough. The itinerary wasn't self-arranged; transportation and accommodation were all set. Being told that staying near the East Coast Road was truly comfortable. The next morning, we went early to the beach beside the East Coast Road because we were so excited, the sun hadn't even started to rise. The first meal in Xiamen was a satay noodle, to be honest, the taste was really distinctive. Before coming, I didn't do much research, but I knew I had to go to certain places.

The rest of the arrangements were spontaneous, eating was also spontaneous, and I didn't know what good food there was in Xiamen. There were many tourists, so I was even more curious to go and see. The first stop was the bustling Gulangyu Island, and the weather was really good at the time, not too hot. The weather made me feel that Xiamen is really a city that is suitable for relaxing. Next was Zengcuofu and the Cat Museum, and the East Coast Road was really clean, and I liked the sea the most. Regarding Xiamen, my impression is that it is very youthful, whether it is Xiamen University or tourists from other places, young people account for the majority, and more and more people like this comfortable, literary city. The food inside Gulangyu and Zengcuofu is more abundant, and the pastry-like foods must be tried, and the shaved ice is also good. Last year in May, the weather wasn't hot, so it was very comfortable, so it really made me linger. Many people have been to a place to travel once, and they won't go again, but I will definitely return to Xiamen. In the future, when I want to relax or relieve stress, it will be one of my best choices.
The sky is blue, the air is fresh, the dancing companions are colorful, but the sea is black (describing most of Xiamen's sea areas as dirty), there's no need to think about speculative property purchases, the pace of life is slightly slower than first-tier cities, and good places are not those well-known places like Gulangyu Island and Zengcuofu, etc., those are tourist attraction zones, which I found boring, good places are those with fewer people and unknown but searchable other places. The city is small, traffic is convenient, island to island is connected, even if it's far away, you can take a bus and get there within two hours. If you want to be literary, there are many literary things for you to experience, and if you want to experience nature, there are also some places that can let you appreciate nature. Wearing short sleeves and shorts all year round, just wearing an extra jacket. I like heat, not cold, for me, I think I will only wear thick clothes for two or three months. As a transit station (which will definitely return to my hometown in the future), I think it's a good city that hasn't fallen behind too much.
