The green faith is placed on the brow of time
When the green world has just awakened, as the morning mist rises, the entire forest is enveloped in stunning mist. Rays of sunlight pierce through the leaves, scattering across the earth, and the air is filled with the fresh fragrance of phytoncides. Walking here, one imagines oneself as a lost fairytale protagonist in the forest, wondering what knight or dwarf one will meet next.

This green forest is also known as 'the lungs of the Earth', providing fresh oxygen for life.
For those who live in cities, you must yearn for the ability to walk into the forest and breathe freely, replenishing yourself with energy.
And the air that invigorates the spirit is 'phytoncides' – vitamins in the air.

Phytoncides are found in plant roots and leaves. Because phytoncides are abundant in the forest, we enjoy a forest phytoncide bath simply by walking through it.
The best way to absorb phytoncides is to come directly to Shangri-La, enter Pudazhe National Park, Snow Mountain National Park, and Dian Jinsh monkey National Park, take a deep breath, and refresh and replenish yourself with energy.

Winter Journey, Meet Green
Author: Qi Yan
The cycle of seasons makes this winter's fruit
Full of boundless fullness and purity
This winter, the Jiangnan small city with red and green blossoms
Still looks north at the snow with green eyes
At this time, I set out in the spring
To answer a call for green
Using poetry to endorse a city
‘Green city, green poetry’
It is a herald, also a warning from history
It seems that the old man of time has traveled for billions of years
A two-word proverb cast across the river
The green faith is placed on the brow of time
It is a guideline for life after labor and health
Perhaps it is Lao Tzu’s ‘harmonious unity with nature’ perfected
Life keeps reminding me, it’s time.
The pulse of the mountains, the breathing of the rivers
The fields of yellowing willows
The windows of buildings facing the south
And the vast world of poetry
How much negative ion supply is needed
How much do you long for green breathing
It was a morning when the sun was just rising
I descend as a wisp of fresh wind, landing in a refreshing dream
Pause, gaze, and examine
What posture will I adopt to join your city?
And what quality will I approach your body with?
The gentleness of the breeze
The dazzling emerald green
Shimmering flowers
The vastness of the distance
I must stand in a different way
