Siem Reap Angkor Lost City Tour – From Realm of the Gods to Realm of Humanity: Finale

Fishermen with no country, no home on Dong Re Sah Lake
(Continuing from the previous text)
Fourth day, Dong Re Sah Lake
Dong Re Sah Lake means 'Great Freshwater Lake'. Yuan Dynasty foreign trade officials like Zhou Da Guan came here and called it 'Fresh Ocean'
Dong Re Sah Lake has a wide lake surface, but the water is murky, and poverty-stricken fishermen, women, and illiterate children are everywhere along the shore. According to the guide, the people living here are mostly Vietnamese. Their ancestors came to Cambodia during the war, and after the establishment of the Vietnamese government, they were refused entry by the Cambodian government, and the Cambodian government did not accept them. These people had no identity and couldn't find work, so they could only live on the water, and their income came mainly from fishing and shrimp catching.

It's really puzzling why Dong Re Sah Lake can be a tourist attraction. Whether the profits from tourism can help the people of Dong Re Sah Lake improve their lives is yet to be seen.
Fifth day, shopping
The fifth-day shopping trip was really dizzying. After experiencing the four stores of silk, jewelry, cookware, and latex, we were finally able to start our return journey to Han. The various roles played by these sales staff and their many magical performances couldn't help but make us clap our hands in amazement. Did they all graduate from Beijing Film Academy or Shanghai Theatre Academy?
The jewelry store salesman failed to sell to our group, and a woman suddenly burst into the store with arrogance. The men stood in a timid posture, lowered their heads and shouted: 'Manager, good manager'
The woman spoke with a foreign accent and showed a stuttering manner. After introducing my family's development history and lamenting opening a store in Cambodia, it was partly due to my daughter's concern, so I asked everyone to help me. When she was excited, she generously gifted a jade ring to our group.
A shop assistant exclaimed: 'Manager, no, it's worth 3800 yuan!'
The woman stood in a dignified manner: 'Record it on my account'
All the group members were envious and moved. Just as a girl in our group happened to read a Chinese online novel that had just been performed, everyone woke up. Everyone admired the woman's performance.
Latex shopping store in Cambodia

A dull crowd in the latex store

When waiting for the flight at the airport, I recalled chatting with a Chinese person who had been running a store in Cambodia for five years. He said that Cambodians were very friendly to Chinese people, and they also took advantage of Chinese people. I remembered when I went to Thailand last year, a local person also said the same.
That night, we returned to Han without saying a word.
