Hainan Island is a Paradise for Anglers
The terrain of Hainan Island is high in the middle and low on all four sides, and most rivers originate in the central mountains and radiate outwards to flow into the sea. There are 154 rivers that flow directly into the sea, with the Nan River, Changhua River, and Wanquan River being the three largest rivers on Hainan Island, and their basin areas account for 47% of the island's area.
The Nan River is 311 kilometers long and flows into the sea in Haikou City, which is also the capital of Hainan Island, hence the name. There are few naturally formed lakes on Hainan Island, and most are artificial reservoirs. Famous ones include Songtao Reservoir, Niulu Ridge Reservoir, Daguanba Reservoir, and Lanhu Lake, among many others.
The area I often fish in is mainly the Nan River and its tributaries, as well as the reservoirs around Haikou. Of course, anyone who likes to sea fishing doesn't need me. What does an island consist of, besides land—it's all sea.
Finally, I want to mention the most important six words: 'Eat wild meat, no money.' Isn't that the paradise for anglers?
