First Luxury Cruise Ship Launched in Han City to Operate in Longmen Gorges Scenic Area

The ship is named 'Xinglong 01' and is a steel, catamaran, single-deck, double-deck, cross-braced passenger ship with a length of 19.70m and a passenger capacity of 60. The ship's exterior is decorated with dragon motifs, highlighting the history and culture of Longmen Ancient Crossing in Lankang, interpreting the legendary story of 'Carp Leaping the Dragon's Gate', and has become a beautiful landscape of the Dragonmen Scenic Area.
On March 18th, the Lankang Local Maritime Affairs Bureau invited the Weinan Local Maritime Affairs Bureau ship inspector to conduct pre-launch ship inspection work for 'Xinglong 01' . The ship inspector inspected the ship's hull airworthiness, ship name and number marking, hull panels, ship structure, and watertight conditions, the operation status of the main engine, propeller shaft, steering equipment, and the equipment and performance of communication, life saving, fire fighting, signal, anti-pollution equipment.
It is reported that the cruise ship will be used on the Dragonmen Scenic Area route from Dragonmen to Shimen in Lankang City. Compared with the previous 'open deck' ships, 'Xinglong 01' is more spacious and luxurious, with passenger volume increased by twice, and can effectively alleviate transportation pressure during peak passenger times, further improving the safety, comfort, and convenience of passenger travel, and greatly improving the quality of tourism services in Lankang, thus promoting the all-round tourism development of Lankang.'
