Sanya's Ultra-Niche Yechizi Island: Requires Local Guidance to Find
The most well-known islands in Sanya are undoubtedly Wuzhizhou Island, but the least known and smallest islands may even be unknown to many locals in Sanya. This island is called Yechizi Island, located in the area of Haigaowan and the intersection of Fengqiao River's east and west branches, and the road in is extremely complex, and without local guidance, you may not even find the entrance.

This island is located in the town of Haigaowan at the confluence of Fengqiao River's east and west branches, and it was discovered by chance. Locals told us that the island is very hidden, not just foreigners, but even the surrounding residents may not know the way to go. Even navigation may not work. Fortunately, with the help of locals, we were able to find the entrance to Yechizi Island.

The road to Yechizi Island is a dirt road, only wide enough for a single car. Because of the help of locals, we were able to drive the car in for a short distance, but it is really not recommended to drive the car in, because the inside road conditions are complex, it is difficult to turn around, there are many branches, and it is easy to scratch the car.
Along the way, there are quite a few forks in the road, and it's very easy to get lost. It took about twenty minutes to reach the entrance of Yechizi Island. Unfortunately, because of the rain, the road to the island was flooded, not a road, but rather a wooden bridge, because the water inside is relatively deep, and we were carrying a lot of things, it was very inconvenient to go in, so we regretfully missed this island. We will make up for it next time.

Yechizi Island consists of 17 islands, with a total area of nearly 5000 acres, and it is one of Hainan's most original natural islands. Although we couldn't enter to explore its mysteries, we reached the entrance, and we already had a strong sense of being on an island. The most intuitive feeling is that there are dense coconut groves all around, as if you were on a deserted island.

At the same time, the waters here are very comfortable. The island seems to be protected by a river, isolating the outside world from the inside, which is mysterious. Under the backdrop of the blue sky, it's even more impressive to feel the natural atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city, which makes people feel relaxed and happy.
Unable to enter the island, we could only continue to explore around the river, and the vast and dense coconut groves created a vibrant and colorful light and shadow, as if you were in a primitive forest. It's also very suitable for taking pictures with people.

We heard that there are many animals inside Yechizi Island. We will visit it next time if we have the opportunity. So, Sanya friends, have you ever heard of or been to this place?
