Miaotang Town Ten Miles of Peach Blossoms and Ten Miles of Fragrance
In March of the Lunar Calendar, the Qin Jin Ye Jin Triangle area in Shanxi Xaio County Miaotang Town Wangyugou, Yang Village, Fu Village, North and South of Chaolu, and Tianyou Shang Villages, spanning dozens of miles with 20,000 acres of pink peach blossoms in full bloom, set against the backdrop of vast fields of canola flowers, creating a meticulously crafted scene. On March 21st, more than 60 provincial and municipal media reporters and photographers organized by the Miaotang Town Party Committee and Government of Xaio County and the Xaio County Photography Association came to Wangyugou Village Tianyou Shang for an interview and field creation activity.
Wangyugou Village consists of 15 villager groups, 870 households, and 3120 people, with 5000 acres of cultivated land. Over the years, Party Secretary and Village Committee Director Zhang Su Long and a group of people have followed the highway to write articles, actively guiding villagers to vigorously adjust the industrial structure, and building 3000 acres of apricot and peach bases, which is the leading industry for villagers to escape poverty and become rich. The village set up a 'Xaio County Yu Long Peach Specialty Cooperative', inviting provincial and municipal experts to hold more than 30 training classes on apricot and peach pruning, disease and pest control, improving farmers' scientific farming quality. At the same time, they invested more than 4 million yuan to build a fruit and vegetable wholesale market, providing services before, during, and after production, and tirelessly solved the problem of selling difficulties. Every May and June, Wangyugou Village's 'Spring Mei' '48' 'Early Ruby' etc. featured plump, colorful, and flavorful specialty apricot and peach brands are far-reaching to Taigu, Inner Mongolia, and Hebei, which alone increases the village's income by more than 15 million yuan annually, becoming the leading industry for villagers to escape poverty and become rich, and has radiated to the surrounding Chaolu, Yang Village, and Fu Village, where more than 10,000 acres of apricot and peach have been built. During the interview, Wangyugou Village Party Secretary and Village Committee Director Zhang Su Long said enthusiastically: 'What everyone will see in Wangyugou Village today, on the same day next year, is: canola stems winding around the peach orchard, flowers complementing each other, adding beauty, it's romantic to take pictures, and the brand apricot and peach are far-reaching!'
