1Cut Vegetables

2Cut Firm Tofu
Cut the firm tofu into dicing and set aside.

3Cut White Sea Bass
Cut the white sea bass into small pieces and put them in a bowl.
4Cut Squid
Cut the squid vertically into flower-like slices. Use a knife to scrape off the mucus on the inner wall, then cut parallel oblique lines (without cutting). Then, turn the angle and continue cutting parallel lines (without cutting) to form 90 degrees. Finally, cut the squid into segments and put them in a bowl with the white sea bass.
5Shrimp Open Belly
Open the shell and belly of the shrimp, removing the shrimp line and put them in a bowl with the squid.
