Milk Corn Juice
Ingredients: Sweet corn 1 ear, milk 250g, millet 20g-40g, white sugar as needed, water as needed
Instructions: 1. Prepare the ingredients, first rinse the millet clean and pour it into a certain amount of water for soaking for 20 minutes. (If you don't have millet, you can use glutinous rice as a substitute, and the texture will be more viscous.)

2. Cut the fruit corn in half, then use a knife to split it, scrape off the corn kernels or cut them with a knife. When making juice, it is best to use fruit corn, which has a tender and juicy texture and is sweet.

3. Wash the cut corn kernels clean and drain them.

4. Pour the rinsed millet into the soybean milk machine, add the corn kernels, white sugar, and water, and select the five-grain bean milk function for about 30 minutes. The amount of water should not exceed the water level line of the soybean milk machine, usually not more than 1000ML. If you don't have a soybean milk machine, you can first boil the corn and millet, then pour them into a food processor or blender, and then add water and milk to make juice.
