Instructions

1Add 300 grams of flour and 3 grams of yeast. Use about 150 grams of warm water to make the dough. While adding water, stir until the flour becomes a and then knead into a smooth dough. Cover with plastic wrap and let it ferment until it doubles in size.

2First cut a block of tofu into slices, then cut into small dicing. In a pot, add water and boil, then add the diced tofu, blanch it for a while, so that it can remove the bean flavor, take out the tofu and put it in a bowl for use.


3After blanching the tofu, add salt, chicken broth powder, soy sauce, oyster sauce into the tofu, then prepare a bunch of scallions chopped into scallion, add it into the tofu, add a spoonful of chili powder, finally pour hot oil on top of the scallion and chili powder, stir evenly, the filling is ready.


4Dust a board with dry flour, take out the fermented dough, knead the dough, deflates it. Knead the dough into long strips, divide into evenly sized small dough balls.


5Take a small dough ball and use a rolling pin to roll it into a circular dough skin about 1 centimeter in diameter. Place the dough skin with the filling, finally wrap the filling evenly, then you get the finished tofu bags.


6In a pot, lay a damp cloth on the steam basket, put the packed tofu bags into the steam basket, cover the lid, ferment twice for 10-15 minutes. The fermented tofu bags are steamed over high heat, since it's vegetarian package, don't need to steam for too long, put the steam on before steaming for 15 minutes, when the time is up, turn off the fire and steam for 5 minutes to take out the tofu bags to eat.
