Sharing the Recipe for Scallion Pancakes

Ingredients: 150g flour, scallion, chicken powder, salt, sesame (appropriate amount)
Instructions: 1. Add appropriate amount of salt and chicken powder to the flour, then add appropriate amount of warm water and knead into a dough, cover with plastic film and let it rest for 20 minutes. Wash scallions, chop them into scallion segments.
2. Knead the rested dough into strips, then divide it into 4 small portions.
3. Roll each portion into a slice about 0.3cm thick, then brush with a layer of oil and sprinkle with scallions.
4. Roll the dough strip along the long edge, then knead it into long strips.
5. Roll the two ends of the long strips towards the center to form two rolls.
6. Overlap the two rolls and gently press them flat with your hand.
7. Use a rolling pin to roll the two rolls into circular pancakes about 0.5cm thick.
8. Brush sesame on both sides of the pancake.
9. Heat vegetable oil in a flat pan, place the scallion pancake in it, and fry until golden brown on one side, then flip it over and fry until golden brown and cooked through.
