Don't know how to make dumplings, but you can still make delicious potstickers! Come and try it!

Ingredients:
200g pork, 8 prawns, 1 egg, 8 dumpling wrappers, 2 green onions, 1 small piece of ginger, soy sauce, hot oil, broth, sesame oil, fragrant oil, five-spice powder, starch, black pepper, cooking wine

Steps:
1. Chop green onions and ginger. Mix pork with chopped green onions and ginger, then add an egg and a teaspoon of soy sauce, a teaspoon of fragrant oil, half a teaspoon of hot oil, a little salt and five-spice powder, and mix well.

2. Peel and devein the prawns, remove the head and wash them clean. Add a spoonful of cooking wine, a little starch, salt and black pepper and marinate for 10 minutes.

3. Place a layer of meat filling on the dumpling wrapper, then place a prawn on top. Brush water along the edges of the dumpling wrapper and seal with the edges.
4. Brush oil on the bottom of a pan. Once the oil is hot, place the potstickers in and fry until the bottom turns golden brown, then pour in hot water that covers the potstickers by one-third. Cover and steam for 3-4 minutes. Open the lid and dry the water before sprinkling with sesame seeds and take it out.

Tips:
1. When frying potstickers, use a small fire. Use a chopstick to check if the bottom is golden brown. As soon as it turns golden brown, add hot water and cover with a lid and steam over medium heat. Add water until it covers the potstickers by one-third. Steam for 3-4 minutes and then open the lid and dry the water before sprinkling with sesame seeds and taking it out.

2. Dumpling wrappers are available in both markets and supermarkets.
