Ingredients
Cooking oil, salt, oyster sauce, thirteen spices

▲ When the water is about to boil, add the noodles and stir with chopsticks to prevent sticking. After the water boils, add cold water and repeat twice until the noodles are cooked. Pierce them with a fork and cool them in cold water;

▲ After draining the noodles, place them in 2 tablespoons of thirteen spices or five-spice powder, 2 tablespoons of salt, and 1 large spoon of oyster sauce, and mix well;
