Sweet and Sour Garlic: Deliciously Sweet, Crispy, and Tasty!
Tang Cuo Suan (Sweet and Sour Garlic) is a traditional Han Chinese snack from the Jiangnan and Northern regions. This dish features a red-brown vinegar and garlic sauce, with a beautiful color and a strong local flavor. Sugar garlic is snow-white in color and has a sweet taste. Tang Cuo Suan

Ingredients: Fresh garlic, red sugar, salt, vinegar, white liquor
Instructions:
1. Peel and remove the outer skin of the fresh garlic, trim the garlic sprouts, and prepare a suitable amount of cool Baijiu (Salty Liquor) water. Add an appropriate amount of salt to dissolve and make a brine.
2. Put the garlic into the brine and soak for 3 days, then take it out and drain off the water.

3. Heat up the pot, put the red sugar and aged vinegar into the pot and cook until the sugar is dissolved. Cool down and pour it into the container, the sweet and sour sauce should cover the garlic.
4. Cover it with a lid and store it in a cool place for about 20 days before eating.
